Welcome on the cottage

You are amongst the first few to discover our traditional cottage made of Czech wood after its total rebuilding. It is located in the Jeseniky mountains, in the North-West of Moravia ( as you know the Czech Republic is composed of Bohemia and Moravia) in a village called Olsany. It´s a place which is not well-known of tourists. Its natural marvels, , its castels, its churches, and its historical sites will not only seduce you but also convince you to come again.

The Cottage is at the village extremity, in a valley which is bordered with a forest full of animals and mushrooms. The enclosed property (1000 m2) has got a playing area with a volleyball ground, a garden with apple and plume trees, a kitchen garden and a barbecue area for the grilled meat lovers. There is a stream running alongside the property, in which you can see trouts, and which rocks you until you fall asleep. 50 metres far away from there, you can see horses which could wake you up in the morning if you tend to sleep very late. And when it rains, the fire place is there to warm you up, and even if you stay inside, you really feel as if you were outside. You can enjoy your trip even when the weather is not good enough.

Equipement: The cottage is composed of a first floor with two bedrooms ( 2 double beds + baby bed if necessary) and a ground floor with a living-room (fire place + two sofas ) and a kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, micro-wave), a bathroom ( washing-machine, shower), toilets, and a garage for your car. Besides, under the roof, there is a secret place with two matresses. The cottage is equipped with rustic furniture and you ´ll find historical object which you don´t know anything of . From january 2009 we have WiFi connexion on the cottage (3 Mbits).

Transport: You have to come by your own till the cottage area (map )

From Bruxelles it takes around 11 hours ( the motorway ends at 20 min. from the cottage;itinerary - to Olomouc). The estate agent will wait for you and guide you to the cottage

If you get to Prague ( by plane, train, coach, or car Eurollines), you have to go to the cottage surroundings by your own ( you can rent a car or even hitchhike ).

Shops, Services: There is a supermarket and a post office 500 m. far, local restaurants 1 km far, the main town of this region is 20 km. far ( hospitals, stores, cinemas, museums).

you can rent bikes on the spot (mention it when booking)

Renting price:

For 4-8 persons, baby bed possible, no pets admitted!!

Tourist season - 575 euro (30.6.- 31.8. / 18.12.-1.1. / 1.2-28.2) for week (saturday-saturday)

The rest of the year 465 euro for one week ; or 85 euro by night/cottage (minim. 4 night)

If you book for 2 weeks you can have 15%/ 3 weeks -20% off!!!

when booking , you´ll have to pay 25% of the renting price; .

rent a bike 25 euro/week (for your trip or your shoping)

when arriving , you ´ll have to give a 100 euro bail which will be given you back when you leave.
